Entry ages and classes

Children enter Kindergarten at age 3 (not yet 4) and Prep 1 at age 4 (not yet 5) by 30 April of the entry year.

Entry to higher classes is possible only if space permits, and is subject to an admission test.

All required information must be submitted before an applicant is considered.

What you'll need

  • Application fee of $200
  • Completed online application form
  • Medical History and Immunisation Form
  • Pre-school Report, completed by the pre-school principal
  • Copy of birth certificate (electronic if born in Trinidad and Tobago)
  • Copy of baptismal certificate
  • For classes above Prep 1: the last two terms' school reports

How to apply, in seven steps

    Apply online

    Complete the online application by 31 January.

    Interview date

    We set the interview date by phone. Prep 1 interviews take place by 28 February.

  3. 3
    Interview

    Your child has an independent interview with a teacher, assessing social, emotional and academic readiness. Parents attend a separate information meeting.

    Feedback

    You receive feedback by email within one week.

  5. 5
    Pay fees

    The non-refundable capital fee of $4,000 is due within two weeks of acceptance.

    Queries

    Send any questions to the Enrolment team.

    Finalise

    Capital fee form, over-the-counter medication consent, picture release form, two passport photos, and a student permit from the Ministry of National Security for non-nationals.
